Pricing
All prices are in British Pound sterling (GBP). Postage and packing charges include VAT (value added tax) at 17.5%.
Availability
All our products are hand made and are subject to availability we will on most occasions require 7 days notice for bespoke designs all other items from stock.
Wholesale
Payment required pro forma for the first order only, then 30 days credit. Carriage will be charged by us on all orders. Carriage will be charged at rate applicable (charged to us) UK mainland only. Shortages or damaged goods must be notified within 72 hours of delivery date for exchanges. All products remain the property of Pet Bereavement Products until full payment is received.
Environmental Issues
Burial
You should
check with your local authority about any objection they might have to home
burials in your garden as dead pets are classified as clinical waste and there
may be restrictions as to where the body is buried, particularly if large.
For the burial, please perform the ceremony quickly after death. Also ensure
that the grave is dug at least 60 cm deep to prevent scavenging animals digging
up the remains.
For large animals, local authority regulations say the body should be buried at
least 1.25m deep and should be well away from ponds, streams, wells, underground
pipes and cables.

The coffins are intended for the burial of animals only. Pet Bereavement Products bears no responsibility for the burial of any other item. Adults should take responsibility to ascertain that a pet is dead and not hibernating or motionless and should supervise children while burying their pet. The coffins are not intended to be used as toys.
